The quarterly board meeting will be held in the clubhouse Thursday, October 16th, at 5:30 pm. Please mark your calendars to attend this meeting to get updates on community projects and concerns.
We are going to try using a conference call, similar to the lawyers' meetings, to allow out of town owners to participate. The phone number to call is 712-775-7031 and the meeting ID: 715-685-055 . If this works well, we will continue to utilize this in the future.
As always, we will have a social pot-luck dinner after the meeting starting at 6:30 pm. The HOA will be providing fried chicken and pulled pork barbeque. Please bring a dish to share and your favorite drink. Please remember that you must be 21 to consume alcohol on The Retreat property. Since it is October, festive attire is suggested!
