The
cost of repairing and maintaining the gates to all the buildings on the
property have remained high despite Phil’s best efforts to keep the costs down.
In an effort to curtail the repair and maintenance expenses on these gates we
have agreed to arrange a brainstorming session to discuss possible ideas and
solutions.
We
invite you to participate in this brainstorming session that will be conducted
in an informal setting at the Clubhouse at 6:30 pm on May 8th, 2014.
Your participation to explore and find solutions to cut back on the repair and
maintenance expenses of the gates will greatly be appreciated. If you cannot
attend the brainstorming session you may still forward any ideas that you might
believe would assist in addressing the problem to jwebb@cmgcharleston.com.
